Sturdy die cast aluminum remote weatherproof ballast box and gear tray. Includes conduit access points and mounting tabs. Use with any fixture where remote ballast housing is needed - sign lights, landscape floods, etc. Ballast mounts on finned air-cooled pad for improved heat dissipation. Rated for 55° Celsius ambient temperature. Textured black powdercoat finish. Maximum 1500w MH/HPS.
