QSSI
Since 1985
QSSI was founded in 1985, and has been manufacturing custom die cast parts and components since that time. We began manufacturing complete lighting fixtures in 1992 to supply to the OEM markets in the USA and Canada, and have since expanded to worldwide distribution.
We own our own tooling for our existing product line, and we are also custom designers and manufacturers for our OEM customers. In addition, we own our U.L., CE, GS and TUV files used for the International market and all of our products comply with these strict standards.
BABA Commitment
As proof of our commitment to true BABA manufacturing, QSSI is expanding USA Manufacturing across the country to include new technology, processes, and innovative products.
Vertically Integrated Manufacturing
Our vertically integrated manufacturing builds from raw materials to finished goods and assures quality control over materials, processes, in-house engineering, design, and testing. We offer warranty-worthy products with proper thermal management, balanced LED circuitry to match power supplies, environmentally sealed optics with tested performance, and full safety compliance testing. This allows us to provide our customers with consistent, quality Specification-grade products that provide years of trouble-free service.
Six USA Locations
We have six USA locations that provide assembly, configuration to order, final product testing, and required safety certifications. We build BABA and BAA compliant luminaires for various industries. Our BABA products are built from scratch using the highest-quality materials at our USA manufacturing locations. QSSI LED lighting fixtures are BAA Buy American Compliant, and all housings, drivers, arrays, and other components are in stock and ready for assembly. Our

Contract Manufacturing
Working with QSSI eliminates the risks associated with doing business overseas. We assemble and manufacture our luminaires on American soil so that you can focus on the bigger picture as an OEM. Our client base consists of several Fortune 500 companies who have capitalized on the advantages of working with us as an American manufacturer.
