Specifications

Structural Base
All aluminum alloys comply with metallurgical and mechanical properties set forth inthe Aluminum Association Standards.

Shaft
The shaft is extruded new seamless 6061 alloy aluminum and heat treated toproduce a T6 temper. The shaft may be drilled for mounting luminaires. All shaftsare polished with fine grit aluminum oxide cloths, resulting in a high quality,circumferential satin brushed finish. After finishing each standard is wrapped forprotection in shipment.

Anchor Base
The anchor base is cast from A356 alloy aluminum and heat treated to a T6 temper.The shaft is inserted into the anchor base. The anchor base casting and shaft arejoined by a continuous circumferential weld at the outside tip and inside bottom ofthe anchor base.

Wire Access
A 1½" diameter wire access hole is incorporated in the anchor base casting andcompletely concealed by the spun aluminum collar. NEC compliant handhole isprovided, flush covered, and centered 18" above the bottom of the standard.

Anchor Bolts
Each anchor base includes three ½" x 12" steel hot dip galvanized anchor boltseach with two nuts, two flat washers and one lock washer sized to match the anchorbolts. A grounding lug is installed opposite the handhole.

Finish - Super Durable Polyester TGIC Powder Coat
• Standard finishes: high gloss black, textured black, high gloss white, mediumbronze, dark bronze, green, gray, silver metallic.
• Premium finishes (adder): Verde patina, pewter patina, semi-gloss or matteblack, satin brushed.
• Custom and Marine-grade finishes are available. All RAL colors are availableto match (adder).
